Matty Matheson is the burly, cursing tattooed chef from Toronto who doesn't hold back on an opinion. His restaurant Parts and Labour is a hipster's mecca and is part of his growing empire.
In 2011 he co-founded “Group of 7 Chefs”, putting on monthly thematic dinners at various Toronto venues, restaurants and unique locations.
He has a cult following across the world on his instagram account and from his popular TV show Viceland’s “Dead Set On Life” with season 2 being filmed in Australia.
